TAVIBOARDING
The stars aligned for me last week. I spent a week on Tavarua with a few folks courtesy of Nixon. For those who don't know Tavarua is a private island in the south pacific off the coast of Fiji with little to do besides surf, play ping pong, and sing karaoke. All and all it was a great time. I flew home from Fiji on Thursday the 19th and Em and Ruby met me at L.A.X. where I swapped my surf gear for my snow gear. We spent a few hours together before it was time for me to head back out to SLC where Steve, (my father-in-law) picked me up and we made our way to the Ruby Mts. in Lamoille NV for our 2nd Heli adventure. The snow was amazing. The weather was amazing. The terrain was amazing. All and all it was an amazing couple of days. Thanks to Em, the best wife in the world for supporting me and making the trek to L.A. to swap my gear and hang for a few.
